One of the exciting things in DJing is you never know when you will surprise yourself. For example, I wouldn’t have expected to play one of my fav sets from the past few years on a rainy Thursday afternoon, in front of 20 people chilling at the tables. But that’s what exactly happened last week on the 30th birthday event of Tilos Radio in Durer Kert and I’m glad I managed to record it. I started out on 108 bpm and slowly climbed up to 128, so this is probably the slowest mix I ever did, but there are so many tracks in there that I absolutely love. You can expect some really good amapiano songs, hotness from Kingdom, Zed Bias, Masters At Work, Karen Nyame KG, Poté and more… it’s a mixture of tribal and vocal vibes mostly. Enjoy!
